One of the most versatile chairs ever designed, Arne Jacobsen's 1955 Series 7 dining chair is a true furniture classic. Widely used and replicated around the globe this is perhaps the most recognisable chair the world has ever seen.

One pitfall of such a simple design is that it lends itself easily to bad replications made from cheap, low grade materials. Our replica Series 7 dining chair challenges this practice, using the highest quality materials and construction. The seat has 100% natural timber veneer on both the top and underside and the frame is polished stainless steel.

Arne Norell was a multifaceted designer, who gladly tried many different material combinations. He gained an interest in classic furniture and started his own company; Arne Norell Möbel AB in 1954, where he designed and manufactured furniture. His most well-known and appreciated pieced is the easy chair "Ari", designed in 1966. In 1973 he was awarded "Showpiece of the year" by British Furniture Manufacturer´s. Many of his designs are still manufactured by his company now under the name Norell Möbler Ab.
